Parents are an integral part of the McDonell Area Catholic School (MACS) community. As the most important educators in children's lives, parents lay the Christian foundation for the educational partnership we incorporate into our curriculum. The partnership between MACS and our families is vital for student success and we are grateful for the valuable role parents play in our community. The MACS parent organizations are a wonderful avenue for parents to get involved by volunteering, serving, and getting to know other families.
If your contact information has changed, please notify the central office by contacting Administrative Assistant Kathy Adams at 715.723.0538 x3301. This would include address, phone, and email for child's records. You can also change your information in the Parent Portal of Infinite Campus.
Infinite Campus is a portal for both parents and student. A login is handed out when a student is first enrolled. Check the portal regularly to keep students on track with assignments, announcements, lunch balances and more. Most of the parent information from the school is sent electronically. MACS news is sent at least once a week and includes upcoming events and a monthly newsletter. If you are not receiving the news or other MACS related emails, please send your name, student's name, and grade to Cathy Greenseth, Director of Communications (Email).
SignUp - VolunteerSpot
SignUp (formally known as VolunteerSpot) is a scheduling service our school system and parent organizations utilize to organize volunteers for an event. Volunteers login with their email and then choose the date, event and duty they would like to perform. Notifications about the event and reminders will be sent through email.

When filing your 2017 state tax forms, individuals may deduct the tuition expenses they paid from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017, up to $4,000 for each dependent child in K-8th grade and up to $10,000 for each dependent child in grades 9-12.
WI form Schedule PS (from the WI gov site) defines what is tuition and examples of what is not tuition. To fill out the form you will need:

You will need to look through your paperwork (check stub, etc.) to determine what amount you paid in tuition for each child from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017.
- You will need our official name and address

We recognize that our current school families are often our biggest cheerleaders.
To thank you for referring new students and families to MACS, we will be implementing a new Referral Program for the 2018-19 school year.
The Referral Program is a tuition credit for current MACS parents or guardians who are paying tuition for an enrolled (K-12) student. The current parent/guardian refers a new student from outside of our system, who then enrolls and attends MACS.
