Message from the coach

Rick Baier is a native of Chippewa Falls, WI and a third-generation graduate of McDonell Central Catholic High School. He attended the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire for Business and has been employed at Leinenkugel’s Brewery for over 25 years. Rick has been involved with the baseball program at McDonell High School as Assistant Varsity and JV Baseball coach for the past twelve years. Rick brings a vast amount of experience with coaching, managing, and umpiring. He has played and coached at various levels as well as umpiring baseball and softball games at youth, high school, and adult levels. Rick is committed to the continued development of the McDonell Softball program.
