Introducing Continuous Enrollment for MACS

Automatic re-enrollment means that students who are currently enrolled at our school will be automatically registered for the next school year. No new application is required if your child plans to return. This process helps ensure continuity for students and allows the school to plan classes and staffing effectively.

Between January 6 and February 14, current families will be invited to complete their Continuous Enrollment Agreement for the upcoming school year. This new process will begin for MACS families with the 2026–2027 school year and allows families to remain enrolled automatically. There will be a $150 family enrollment fee which will automatically come out of your account on February 16.  Beginning next year, families will be automatically enrolled on February 15 without needing to fill out any forms.

New family members or students who are not currently enrolled will need to complete a new application in order to be enrolled.

Please take note of the following important details:

1. Update Your Information Via FACTS, District Code is MCD-WI

The Family Portal will be used to manage demographic information, such as addresses, school news, phone numbers, email addresses, and emergency/pick-up contacts. Please update your information as needed. Learn more about FACTS Family Portal here.

2. Access FACTS Tuition Management Account

Returning families should already have a FACTS Tuition Management account. FACTS is a management company that allows you to select a tuition payment plan that best suits your financial needs. Accessing your Tuition Management account allows you to apply for FACTS Grant & Aid options. Families have the opportunity to make monthly installments on tuition balances.

For more information on our financial aid options, please visit our Tuition & Financial Aid page.

Wisconsin Parental Choice

New students accepted through the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program will receive conditional acceptance pending completion of the required enrollment steps. Contact the school within 15 days of acceptance to schedule a school tour and family meeting.

Waitlist families are encouraged to apply for the WPCP and enroll their student at McDonell Area Catholic Schools (MACS) in the first application period available to reserve their seat in our programs.

After the close of each open application period, if the number of eligible choice student applications for any grade level exceeds the number of seats available at that grade level, MACS will hold a random drawing to determine which applicants are accepted and the waiting list order. The random drawing, if required, shall be held prior to the next application period, within 60 days after the end of the application period, or prior to the next count date, whichever occurs first. At the random drawing, all applications submitted during the open application period shall have an equal chance of being drawn.

However, MACS will give preference to the following students when accepting applications, in order of preference listed:

1. Students who attended MACS under WPCP during the previous year

2. Siblings of students under number 1

3. Students who attended any other private school under any choice program during the previous year

4. Siblings of students under number 3

5. Siblings of students who have been randomly accepted to attend the private school under the choice program who did not attend a private school under any choice program in the previous year.

The random drawing shall continue until all available seats are filled and a waiting list order is determined for use in the event a previously filled spot becomes available or the school opens additional seats at a later date.

Schools with a waiting list that have additional application periods must conduct a random drawing to determine the waiting list order for students that apply in these application periods (both new and continuing students). All applicants will be notified of their status within 60 days of the close of the application period in which they applied.

All information, including documentation, must be submitted to the MACS Central Office and approved by posted open application periods.
