How to Apply or Re-Enroll

Pre-Registration for Little Macks 3K

St. Charles Preschool and Primary School partners with each family to nurture your child's growth in learning, virtue, and the Catholic faith. To begin registering your child for Little Macks 3K, please complete the FACTS pre-registration online form. Once completed, you will be contacted by the Admissions Coordinator for next steps. 

New Families

Welcome new families! The first step to applying a child to MACS is to schedule a school tour with the Admissions Coordinator. If you have not done this yet, please go to Schedule a Visit page and complete our “Schedule a Visit” form. Once completed, families will be contacted by our Admission Coordinator to schedule a visit that works to your schedule. 

1. Transcript Request

All new families must provide a transcript with information regarding their child's attendance, grades, and behavior information to the school's principal during the school tour, or upload their document to their FACTS Family Portal.

2. Create FACTS Family Portal Account and Submit Admission Fee

Families must create a FACTS Family Portal account to apply. The Family Portal will be used to manage demographic information, such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, school news, and emergency/pick-up contacts. Learn more about the FACTS Family Portal here. The district code is MCD-WI which will be needed when creating an account. There is a $20 admissions fee for all new families. 

3. Create FACTS Tuition Management Account

Upon acceptance, new families must create a FACTS Tuition Management Account to officially enroll their child. FACTS is a management company that allows you to select a tuition payment plan that best suits your financial needs. Once you have created an account, you will be able to apply for FACTS Grant & Aid options. Families have the opportunity to make monthly installments on tuition balances. Create an account here.

4. Submit Enrollment Fee 

Families who enroll by Monday, March 4, 2024 pay $100 for the non-refundable enrollment fee. After March 4, the enrollment fee is $150 for MACS families per household. Families qualifying for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program DO NOT pay the enrollment fee.

Current Families

Welcome back MACS families! Priority enrollment for returning families starts on January 12, 2024. Please review the steps to begin enrolling your child for the 2024-25 school year.

1. Access FACTS Family Portal Account (Formerly Infinite Campus)

We are transitioning into a new SIS system! All current families must access their FACTS Family Portal account to re-enroll their child. The Family Portal will be used to manage demographic information, such as addresses, school news, phone numbers, email addresses, and emergency/pick-up contacts. Please note that Infinite Campus Parent Portal will no longer be active after June 30, 2024. 

2. Access FACTS Tuition Management Account 

Returning families should already have a FACTS Tuition Management account. FACTS is a management company that allows you to select a tuition payment plan that best suits your financial needs.
