How to Apply or Re-Enroll

New Family Inquiry Form for Grades 3K-12

Welcome new families! To inquire at MACS, please complete the FACTS Inquiry Form. Once completed, you will be contacted by the Enrollment Coordinator for next steps. 

Priority enrollment for parishioners is open from January 20 through January 27, 2025. 

Families who enroll by Monday, March 3, 2025 pay $100 for the non-refundable enrollment fee. After March 3, the enrollment fee is $150 for MACS families per household. Families qualifying for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program DO NOT pay the enrollment fee.

Current Families

Welcome back MACS families! Priority enrollment for returning families starts on January 2, 2025. Please review the steps below to begin re-enrolling your child for the 2025-26 school year.

1. Access FACTS Family Portal Account 

All current families must access their FACTS Family Portal account to re-enroll their child. The Family Portal will be used to manage demographic information, such as addresses, school news, phone numbers, email addresses, and emergency/pick-up contacts. Learn more about FACTS Family Portal here.

2. Access FACTS Tuition Management Account 

Returning families should already have a FACTS Tuition Management account. FACTS is a management company that allows you to select a tuition payment plan that best suits your financial needs. Accessing your Tuition Management account allows you to apply for FACTS Grant & Aid options. Families have the opportunity to make monthly installments on tuition balances.

3. Submit Enrollment Fee
